I use a little parrafin wax to thin chocolate chips, melt in double boiler. I use 1 package regular oreo cookies. They taste best kept in the refrigerator. I freeze them hard before I dip so chocolate runs less. I use a food processor to finely crumb the cookies. You do not need to refrigerate dough before rolling as they roll very nicely warm. Have fun!
 
Hi all! I did this today plus working on laundry. I won’t have time to frost the cutouts, they’ll have to go in freezer.

You did all that in one day? Wow. They look good. The chocolate ones on the right look like the peanut butter balls I sometimes make. They are good, but tedious to make. I get tired of dipping the middles into the melted chocolate to coat them. Do you have a way to do it that's not time consuming?

Thank you! I started at 8 this morning. I’m doing peanut butter next weekend. It is a time consumer. I have no time savers for you, sorry...wish I did.
