This is the yogurt I made using the bread proofing box:

It is good! Usually I cannot eat plain yogurt but this is not crazy sour and has a nice kind of nutty flavor to it.

I mixed it this morning and it has been raising since then. The dough get a nice flavor from this process
 
Here's another pic I had stored up. These are the baguettes I made for the French onion soup that me and my son made recently. The baguettes turned out a little bigger and fatter than I was expecting, but that's not necessarily a bad thing - lol.
