Ty Ron!The recipe was odd for the shaping. I will find a better shaping method for next time. It did not get all the apples into it but it did taste very good!
The glaze is simple:
1 and a half cups of powdered sugar
3 to 4 tablespoons of milk
1 tsp. of vanilla
Whisk together and adjust for thickness by adding the 4 tablespoon of milk if necessary. The trick is to put the glaze on while the fritters are hot
