Any Home Bakers Here?

The Yeast raised apple fritters are very good!
I need to work on the rolling up part though. I lost it there

They look good, I haven’t had one in years.
Thank you for the instant pot idea it looks good, I'll put it on my wish list https://www.amazon.com/Instant-Pot-Multi-Use-Programmable-Packaging/dp/B00FLYWNYQ as I am all about energy efficiency.
It’s on my wish list too.
Plus there are millions of pinterst pins for them!
Which one do you have? I looked this weekend at Fleetfarm but that one was huge. I think it is the one I’ve seen on an infomercial.
BTW if anyone is looking for pre 1976(ish) Vanilla I am your guy! My proximity to the Mexican border makes getting "real" vanilla real easy one liter costs like 2.50(US) but the post costs 15 dollars via priority mail. I am not selling a service here at all as it is a pita to drive up to Nuevo Progresso, but any bakers missing the old "real" vanillas before the synthetics came in....... I'm offering you some community service, plus I like looking at Talavera pottery.
I had a friend bring me back a bottle as a gift and I didn’t care for it. I thought it had an odd taste...to each their own though. I use the McCormick real vanilla from Sam’s Club.

I have this one:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MFEBQH1/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It is the 6 function version and is 6 quart. I make yogurt using the bread proofer so I do not miss it.

Hello All, I have NOT been able to use my computer. AOL is converting to another system and still working on it. My husband was able to get me on AOL Desktop 9.7. I am reading all old posts am on 1197 trying to catch up. What is the new contest?
I do not want to turn my computer off....I may not be able to get back on. I MISS ALL OF YOU. I made a new recipe for Multi Grain bread and it made 3 large tins each loaf 3 pounds. Aria

Well Chowder has worn out his welcome in my flock and has earned the right to being restrained on a tie out after hitting me from behind AGAIN. His little bird brain doesn't seem to understand I am the dominate roo in the flock.

I'm thinking he can stay on the tie out with food and water for the remainder of his life. Truth is I think I might just craigslist him and not ask any questions vs. eating him as that would upset my wife less.

His tail sickles got trimmed up for easier identification vs the other roos.
