Hello,

@chickmom3941, Making cheese it simple when you get it down. It also has very delicious rewards. If you would like to try cheesemaking, I have a very simple recipe for mozzarella that doesn’t take much ingredients.

Anyway, today a friend from Japan is coming to visit. She is staying with us for two weeks. We will be doing a lot of Japanese cooking, so I will be sure to get pictures for all of you as well as authentic recipes.

If the mozz recipe is really, really easy I'd like to see it!

Hello,

Here is the Recipe for 30 minute Mozzarella.

The ingredients are actually easy to get a hold of. There is a brewing supply store where I am at, and they sell cheesemaking supplies, or you can order online.

Thanks Jared! I like the step by step pictures, they're helpful with something new. Hmm, I'll have to think this over. We use a lot of mozzarella and it looks good!

Thanks so much! I might just give that a try (and other cheeses, too, if that one works out for me).

Tonight for dinner I'm making Balsamic roast beef, cheesy potatoes and probably brussels sprouts. :drool I'm going to have to get busy in the kitchen pretty soon.
