Any Home Bakers Here?

Hey Jared, in honor of your guest DIL made katsudan (sp) for dinner tonight. What I miss most is good miso soba with the right micro greens. I've never been able to figure out what those greens were that made it taste so good. i can replicate everything else, but without the greens, it's just not quite right.

Does anyone here have a pasta dough roller they would recommend? I've looked at Amazon and the prices range from $25 to over $100. I don't want to go too pricey but don't want to go too cheap either and have it fall apart.

I'm looking for something similar to this (not necessarily this model):
