Ok, some things are done now. I've made this Boule dough 100's of times before but this time I let it rise in the brotform...turned out looking good!

When you come into the house to see the kitchen is a disaster zone, your wife is dripping sweat with flour clumped to her glasses and she's swearing at the new pasta maker you bought her...

I drove 80 miles round trip to bake with Mom today. I brought home this beautiful loaf of bread. We used the recipe she's had for the last 30ish years and it's perfect! Now I have the recipe too
