Any Home Bakers Here?

The Biscotti are a staple at our house. We had them at my Grandmother's later at my Mom's and now at ours. They are an old
Recipe and are delicious and healthy. They are especially tasty dunked in cold milk, expresso, coffee, or wine. There is always one cookie jar filled with Biscotti at our house. And they are good keepers....but they usually are eaten quickly. You can reduce the sugar and you can reduce the shortening and they are just fine.

It is noon here...am having a cup of green tea with lemon, ginger,
honey and dunking my Biscotti. Two for me.

At 11am I mixed the White Bread ...doubled. Ron you are ALWAYS
correct...it took 16 cups of flour. It is rising now. Will let you know
how the 3 large 2 pound loaves turn out with the doubled recipe.
Dough was real wet with the 14 cups. Time will tell. Regards, Aria
