I made a bacon cheeseburger last night. I used the skillet the apple pie was baked in. The apple flavoring was nice.

When I make chili, I do not wash the skillet the meat, onions, garlic, jalapenos and ground cumin were sauteed in. The next thing I will cook in that skillet is a hamburger and to me it really improves the taste of the hamburger.

it will make all taste better morning everyone that mat be why I love my gas stove also
I can keep using my cast iron

The cast iron skillet was never washed growing up!

Everything tastes better in cast iron. Potatoes are much better. They pick up a flavor from the iron
