I made bluebberry muffins today and could literally hear the blueberries sizzling coming out of the oven...very juicy!

First attempt at homemade lemon cupcakes and Waldorf Astoria frosting. I’ve wanted to try it for a long time...easier then I thought it would be.

How long did the cheese age?

I aged it for about a day. Normally three weeks, but it so good at this young age.

Thanks for the compliment on the bread. Munching on two slices right now.

Thanks Debby, no talent in it...getting the frosting just right to pipe is the pain. I would never had guessed that recipe for the frosting would have turned out good.

made great pizza here tonight love the aerated pan did I say I picked up two pullets at auction ?
