made great pizza here tonight love the aerated pan did I say I picked up two pullets at auction ?

Pizza is so good on aerated pans. I put the pan onto a stone.

I am starting cinnamon rolls that will be made using overnight instructions. It is a new recipe and so far it is working out nicely

I made this chocolate cream pie, it is so good! I used a graham cracker crust instead of a pasty crust to save time. It's true what the recipe says...it really does slice cleanly, without running all over the plate. And that teaspoon of espresso powder puts it over the top!
