I forgot to mention, I replaced the sake with Mirin.

Maybe just put like Housin sauce in it instead
had a box of vanilla pudding wanted to get used thought also needed to make cookies as we did not have any left so found an old recipe a coco cookie called for a cup of sugar instead used the pudding and 1/4 cup of sugar darn turned out good made chicken feet on them with a fork :gig

this is how mom made it she had a vita mix she would shred it in I will have to wait a week or more to make mine when my zucchini is large enough

Mom's Zucchini Bread


Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 1/4 cups white sugar
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups grated zucchini
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional )
Directions

  1. Grease and flour two 8 x 4 inch pans. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. Sift flour, salt, baking powder, soda, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  3. Beat eggs, oil, vanilla, and sugar together in a large bowl. Add sifted ingredients to the creamed mixture, and beat well. Stir in zucchini and nuts until well combined. Pour batter into prepared pans.
  4. Bake for 40 to 60 minutes, or until tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 20 minutes. Remove bread from pan, and completely cool.

now that is a high temp our charcoal runs think I will keep pizza in the gas oven 400 to 550
The pizza oven insert goes over the fire box in the pellet stove. The heat is funneled up to the stone at the top. It gets very hot!
