Any Home Bakers Here?

We bought a pizza oven that works on our comp stove. It is a "temp" solution until we build a wood fired brick oven. We will take it on vacation with us.

Darn good idea but not sure I want one vacation as I want a vacation also

Pizza is so quick and easy, it is also a great conversation starter, lol. We have a 5th wheel camper, so taking it with is not a problem. I prep everything before we go so cooking is really easy once we have the camper set up.

My Youngest DD baked a cake for a friends Birthday tomorrow. It is three layers, one chocolate and two apple. The icing is butter cream with a caramel drizzle on top. There is chocolate lines over that

I baked a couple of pizzas in my pizza oven. It goes over the fire box in the pellet BBQ. The pizza took 3 minutes to bake at 680 degrees F!
