Any Home Bakers Here?

I finally took the sourdough starter out of the refrigerator. That stuff is sour! It’s been a while since I’ve tasted the starter.

Feed it and then bake something! I stir in 1\2 cup of flour and wait until it is a bit bubbly when it has been in the fridge for a while. Stir in the liquid on top(hooch)

You are very predictable. I fed it, and it’s bubbling already. I have a craving for pancakes. I might make bread tomorrow.

Very funny story. I was watching an anime and they had a food in it called “flower topped hamburgers”

I found a found a fan made recipe on the Internet, and I gave it a shot, and this is, without a doubt, the best hamburger I have ever had.

It is basically a homemade hamburger patty with an egg on top that is shaped like a flower. I’m having it for breakfast.

Hamburgers with an egg on top must be the new fad, they are showing up on restaurant menus around here. Actually there are alot of Hamburgers +something on the menus. Burger+brat patty; burger+pulled pork; burger+egg
That looks good for breakfast without the bun. I like to put my over-easy eggs on top of my sausage patties when I eat, so same concept.

Fried egg sandwich with some liquid yolk is a favorite of mine. Backyard eggs on home made bread!
