Now I think I will be making a big pile of hashbrowns this morning. They sound really good. Maybe I'll throw some peppers and onions in with them. Anyone have a good hashbrowns recipe? I just shred the potatoes, mix in a little flour, garlic powder, salt and pepper then fry them in the cast iron skillet.

I had a carrot cake muffin for breakfast. Once I fully wake up I will have a piece of last night's apple cake.
