I don't like my current hand mixer either Ron. Darn things takes off like a jet on LOW and spits stuff everywhere. I need one with about 1/2 the kick

That is what mine does! It is impossible to not splatter the kitchen with it

I am sorry @BullChick that is messed hope you can fix it .... kitchen aid sits on the counter do not leave much plugged in when not in use I miss the old sunbeam as even now they make them can be stand or handheld so do have the new one cannot mix bread dough but pancake batter only thing we use it for

I use the kitchen aid all the time. Sometimes I do need to use a hand mixer though.
