Any Home Bakers Here?

New today in Washington state we had our first tornado touch down in a town
not close to us Port Orchard but we have like 4 here all over water very small in 30 years now it is like hmmm thought we moved away from all that keep telling ourselves there is no climate change, there is no climate change

But will attach the pies I baked

Our index is rebuilt in post 1 and has all but the last recipe @ronott1 posted in it. That recipe is in the link to google sheets under the cookies tab. If you're searching for a recipe in google sheets you can use "Edit" and "Temporary Filter" or the "Find" feature.

I wonder about baking in cans. The new way of commercial canning,--for some time now-- is to line the inside of the can with plastic. I see the liner when I use my new can opener that cuts the top off.

You will likely be adding plastic to the food if you bake in a can due to the heat releasing the chemicals.

I am sure the cans that the canned bread is in are different. I am talking about re using a can that had veggies and etc. in it

Nice reading there buy 90 percent of our foods at Costco rest walmart but never get canned vegies hate them myself have located frozen I can tolerate funny buy frozen peas fresh young carrots at Costco but do not care for their frozen green beans found Schwans has a good frozen green bean that is tolerable

Frozen is much better than canned for veggies!

Canned soup and tomatoes often have the liner
