Any Home Bakers Here?

I did clean my stove top unit. It is General Electric white stove
top and the wells ARE HORRIBLE. They will NOT CLEAN well.
The metal seems to be so thin. Floyd is checking internet to try
and purchase ceramic stove wells. Any suggestions on Company
to purchase replacements? My original built in stove top....in when
we built the house ...years ago. This GE unit is 2 years old. AND
the wells were like this when new. Aria

Porcelain seems like a good choice

Penny, Ron, Thanks. She is going to Cooperstown, and depending
on the final outcome.....other decisions will need to be made. Trying to keep busy....made pot of veggie soup and thinking (again)
about making Healthy Apple Crisp. Aria

Keeping busy is a good way to make the waiting game pass by faster. Keeping you and your family in my thoughts Aria. :hugs

Making banana bread here had two a bit overripe added a new one mashed well really old recipe

Hey Penny, if you ever need to ripen up some bananas real quick, put them on a foil lined baking sheet and put in the oven for a while. They get real brown and just ooze sweetness.

I've been enjoying a loaf of pumpkin bread the past couple mornings. That's the last of what I had stashed in the freezer from Christmas baking.
