I kind of made it up on the fly but will give you my best guess.

My Meatballs
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground Italian sausage
1/2 finely diced onion, sautéed in olive oil
Grated Parmesan cheese (maybe 1/2 cup)
Panko bread crumbs (maybe 1/3 cup)
Garlic powder
Oregano
Basil
Red pepper flakes
Salt
1 egg

Mixed all that together. Used my larger cookie scoop to ball up the meat in equal portions. Browned the meatballs in the skillet I sautéed the onions in.
Put them on a foil lined baking sheet and baked at 375* until cooked all the way through (probably about 25 minutes).

DH just got home from Casper and tried one out. He's pleased and already making plans for meatball subs with mozzarella cheese and bell peppers for dinner :D
