Any Home Bakers Here?

I made homemade pizza. I actually tried a crust I had to knead and let rise for an hour. It turned out nice and tender. I will try Debby’s recipe soon.

Yummy!

My pizza dough recipe is kneaded but then sets for 8 to 10 hours on the counter in zip lock bags. That makes the dough relax and adds a lot of flavor to the dough

I am going to be too lazy to list, so here is a picture of my spice/seasoning cupboards.

I have been meaning to get in there and clean/organize them. Some of the bags are for refilling jars, so duplicates are there. I have 3 kinds of cinnamon, 2 kinds of oregano, 3 or 4 kinds of chili peppers; hot, sweet, and smoked paprika.View attachment 1663115
Your spice cupboard is much more organized than mine. I should work on that

Thanks, is it hard to get out of the bag?
I open the top and sprinkle a bit of flour on top. I then push the dough to the bottom and make a bit of a ball. Then I kind of peal the bag bag and pull--let fall out onto a floured board or counter.

It is not hard to get out. The dough is a bit sticky though.

Not organized enough to make the dough that ahead ever :he
We woke up to our first dusting of snow for the year everything here is crippled

I usually start the pizza dough in the morning before work.

I will likely have to come up with a different system when I retire!
