Any Home Bakers Here?

I like to make chocolate cake ,choc chip cookies ,sausage rolls, fruit cake fruit pies ,I like trying new things as well ,got loads of recipes I haven't even tried yet think I,ll do some new things every month ,see how many I can get through by next Christmas !

I like trying new recipes too. Sometimes they're a bust but it's always nice when they turn out to be something we really like.

I like your goal! Hope you'll share with us as you go along

hello everyone ,hope you don,t mind me joining in .I haven,t baked for a while but seeing and reading what you do I,ve decided to start again going shopping tomorrow to stock up on ingredients and start over the weekend .at the moment I have a large pan of soup cooking just went to tidy my freezer found bits of this and that so put it all in the pan will blend it when ready then add different spices etc as I eat it .it should last me a few days theres only me .also sorting all my jars out to get ready marmalade and lemon curd making ,sorry this is so long .

I can't wait to see what you bake!

Peel away the skin,

I will see if there are any dragon fruit in the stores here when I shop on Saturday

@ronott1 I usually find mine at Albertsons or Fred Meyer here in South Western Idaho. I don't know where you may be able to track down some where you are at. If you do have a Fred Meyer or Albertsons, they may have them. It all depends. Last one I found was at Walmart, to my surprise.

Fred Meyers did not make it down to Woodland. There was one in Chico that is now closed--Chico is an hour and a half north of me. Albertsons closed locally too.

We have a Walmart neighborhood store that might have them and a couple of local chains.
