Picture heavy post

So, a few weeks ago, I was issued a challenge to make a quail saddle. I finally finished making my stockpile of the other saddle sizes and decided to accept this challenge. The quail girls that I tried it on were not thrilled with it. It will need more work if It's going to become a thing. The girl that is currently wearing it seems to be getting used to it, slowly, but it needs a little tweaking.

I took it a step further and decided to attempt a serama saddle too. Holly is a little on the big side for a serama but I think another half inch on each side and it should be perfect

@Auroradream26 very cute you did good job really cute might take a bit for them to like them ... @JanetMarie thank you for the recipe .. We took off early get money moved minor run to Costco I am pretty certain I have a 2 legged egg thief 18 birds I only get 4 ? most I have gotten is 8

The quail you so lovingly subjected the saddle to/on?, she has that look in her eyes like...I'd just watch my back if I were you, she looks scary...
The saddles look really nice by the way!, you really do have a talent.

Thank you all! I did take another stab at the serama saddle and I think I've got it figured out. An extra half inch on each side made all the difference in the world.

Does look like it covers better.
Seeing that tiny piece of fabric on the top of that coop, wow...how in the world did you get it turned inside right the first time??
