Sometimes, we use this as a base and throw together some granola bars. We use this granola, plus some extra oats and maple syrup. Heat it up together in the skillet then shape it in to bars. We're going to try to add some corn starch to it this time to see if it makes any difference. They tend to be just a little sticky.
Looks so good!
been wanting a good granola recipe. G-daughter loves it too. Such a great snack.
Thank you for sharing.:D
Definitely dark chocolate with coffee...that's a terrific combination!
Agreed!!!:yesss:
I still have never had hummus (I blame @LittleMissPurdy because I can, and I know she makes it), however, no one cares about that!
I was just sent a chocolate hummus recipe. Now that sounds interesting! Has anyone ever made chocolate hummus?

Seriously..@Bullchick, you have yet to make it??
Duckling might like it too. maybe add some peppers..sweet reds. Not too much garlic, might be too overpowering for young palates, unless she likes garlic.:)
Bug likes it with celery, but I did start her early on what some people call "old lady food"...:lau, well okay then, I'm an old lady:old
Bean salad, red beets & eggs, hummus ,hahaha, obviously they don't know GOOD food.;)

Now, not saying I won't try to make it. I do most things on a small scale first.
