Any Home Bakers Here?

Sure sounds like it I try to make all our own soups foods as I have the time never could in my working life so having allot of fun learning
I hear you there!!
No one had time for what they are doing let alone extra. I used to use weekends as my "food-prep" for the week. Cook the meats, assemble casseroles, that type of thing, all in between house cleaning, extra-curricular activities with the girls, ect..you know, we have all been there done that...sorry, some of you still are there! :hugs
It slows down a little, sometimes;)
Wish I knew then what I know now, but I guess that is the name of the game:idunno
Learning has never been more fun though, have the time to actually enjoy it without as many interruptions.:)

Can you can a can in a can? How about quail? Can you can a can in a quail?
Seriously, I am wondering if anyone makes broth or stock from quail. I will decide on canning quail
meat when I know I like it.
Back in the day when I used to hunt quail, we'd roast them and save the bones. Once we had enough, we'd make stock from them. It was very good.
