Penny, My husband says ....I do NOT make a good potato salad. Are you going to share yours from Grandma? Happy Easter. AriaI love their recipes but my own potato salad is from Grandma add a bit spices of my own but hers was over a 100 years old .. disappointed myself with sourdough biscuits they where not fully baked in the middle so composted them all making plain old yeast biscuits second rise happening now

The ham is still cooking. I'm so tempted to open it up and see how it's looking, but I'm restraining myself because I want it to be a surprise when it's done.

Grandmas Potato Salad

8 good sized potato's Russet preferred Boiled and cut bite size
1 dozen large eggs hard boiled chopped
2 Sweet onion diced
3 Basil leaves diced
3 sprigs dill chopped
1/2 cup Olives black or green chopped
1/4 cup dill relish
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup dry mustard
1/4 cup of Vinegar
Mix until all is covered the dry mustard get warmer as time goes by
I add Cholula to most things use all for Deviled eggs also
