Any Home Bakers Here?

I have a set of stainless knifes I had bought for myself decent now I also have a brand bought by the folks at the puyallup fair like the years after we moved out here 1969 Cutco
is the brand know Ma said Daddy paid too much for them but still cutting like day one :bow Morning all french toast blueberry bread with sausage patties eggs as one wants them
 
Wow had not heard that I did recall we picked up 14 inch skillet non stick
did not come with a lid at Costco Tramontina pro 2003 is the name on it had a heck of time finding a lid came across a glass lid cost as much as the pan but glass made for cast iron actually

There was a Cutco rep at costco last week. I should take my knives in there to have the sharpened!
 
I was watching a cooking show and they were discussing this type of fry pan - the new non-stick ones that don't use teflon. The biggest problem with them is they can't handle HIGH heat - so keep the temps on those below 375 degrees or they can micro-fracture the coating and will no longer be non-stick.
The heat issue is true for most non stick pans. I use cast iron or high carbon stainless steal for high heat searing.
