Looks kind of like mine. Mine is good in the oven to 500*. I’ll never use it in the oven though.
That’s why I got a new egg pan. It was starting to scratch so eggs would stick.The one I have is one of the best for non stick and clean up. There is a bigger one that I will get soon. I have a 10 inch non stick that has some scratches. I replace them then to avoid PFOAs(plastic) getting into the food

We plan on trying this tomorrow, but if someone else wants to be the guinea pig, I’d appreciate it!
