Looks kind of like mine. Mine is good in the oven to 500*. I’ll never use it in the oven though.

The one I have is one of the best for non stick and clean up. There is a bigger one that I will get soon. I have a 10 inch non stick that has some scratches. I replace them then to avoid PFOAs(plastic) getting into the food

That’s why I got a new egg pan. It was starting to scratch so eggs would stick.

Totally off topic but is anyone here savvy with sewing machines? Mine has recently started breaking needles, like nonstop. Doesn't matter how strong or weak the needle is, it just keeps snapping them off. I think they're hitting the metal plate under the for but I'm not pulling or pushing on the fabric. It's becoming infuriating. I totally destroyed 6 needles in 2 days, trying to go slow and carefully as I could.

Chocolate cake made with just eggs and chocolate chips. I think a chocolate omelette sounds gross, but it’s supposed to actually taste like cake. We plan on trying this tomorrow, but if someone else wants to be the guinea pig, I’d appreciate it!

I cringed when he starts whipping the eggs in a plastic bowl.
