Any Home Bakers Here?

Okay, I seem to have lost my recipe. It happens, I have a lot of recipes. The recipe is basically bread that is put onto a cone mold, then cooked, and then stuffed with chocolate custard. Here's a picture of what they look like.

Basically, you make bread dough, let it rise, then wrap it around a cone mold. You brush it with egg wash, so it can turn nice and golden brown, then you cook it. After that, you make chocolate custard, and put it into the cone shaped bread!

As soon as I can track down a recipe, I'll give it to you if you would like.

I made this for a church dance when I was 16, it was a big hit!

You've seen my decorating attempts...you know I have 10 left thumbs. :gig

Maybe mini cupcakes with frosting & sprinkles?
Try it Debby!! I bake my minis here at 350 for 12 minutes. Here’s a recipe that’s very easy and is yummy! You can use any flavor jello but strawberry is my go to. You can decorate each piece with a half a strawberry if you feel like getting fancy. Put them on last minute so they don’t get the top slimy. I’ve done this in pie form and cake pan.

That looks do-able! My time is going to be limited so quick things (that look like I spent a day making :p ) will work well.

Thanks!

Wow, I can't believe that I have not shared the recipe for Treasure Chest Bars! I will post the recipe tonight, when I am home. They are super easy, and very good. Basically, a pan bar with walnuts, chocolate chips and diced Marashino Cherries. Drizzled with a simple Cherry juice and Powdered sugar glaze, they can look fairly fancy.
Cut into smallish pieces because they are fairly rich, they are always a big hit!

Edditted to add: They also freeze very well, without drying out at all. My Mom used to make them ahead of time and freeze them until needed. Adding the drizzle after they were thawed.
