Baking done for today! Just have to make a Texas sheet cake tomorrow, then all the desserts are ready for the retirement reception.

What I have done so far:
Peanut Butter cookies
Gingerdoodle cookies
Hummingbird cake
Mini Pineapple Upside Down cakes
Almond Joy bars
Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake bars

And that should be enough (I hope)!

Without frosting the sides, the 1/2 frosting was just right (but if the sides needed to be frosted, it would have taken more):

I used the same temp to bake the 9"x13" but shortened the baking time by about 10 minutes, give or take, until a toothpick came out clean.

Pretty cake! Thanks for the info about time/temp. I'm going to make it next weekend for sure.

if you are frosting the sides of the cake, it will still use about the same amount of frosting. if leaving it in the pan and only frosting the top, it will likely use about half of the recipe
You know LOTS of SUGAR is not good for you...you know me...I
would go with 1/2 the recipe and frost the top only. Aria

I hope you like it!

I'm pretty sure we will. So far everything I've tried from you has ended up in my recipe box :bow

You only live once, enjoy a little!

Thanks DMC! As for pictures, some of the things are already down at the golf course restaurant. If I can remember, I'll take my camera with me to work today to get some pictures of everything once it's all in the same place.

Did you know I barely passed math classes? What would 25% off those ingredients be (if you don't mind me imposing)?
I'm sorry Debby, somehow I missed this post. It got buried under greets. But it looks like you figured it out so wonderful.
