Okay, now that my family's out of the house, I can say this. They went to Utah, and I'm staying here at the house to take care of my dogs and rabbit. I'm going to have a surprise waiting for them when they get back on Sunday. I'm going to be baking a whole bunch of bread for them. I'm thinking of making french bread, wheat bread, sourdough bread, french bread, and another bread Artisan Style.
When they walk in the door from their trip and see all the bread, I think they will laugh and enjoy it.
Besides the bread I mentioned, is there anything you think I should add to the list? I'm grinding the wheat into flour right now.

Good morning all! Here is the French bread, the wheat bread, and The Artisan Style bread. It turns out that the white bread I cooked yesterday, well, there was a problem. I don't know what happened. The loaves basically collapsed on themselves. It's possible I undercooked it. I'm trying a different recipe, because the one I used has some confusing parts and typos, maybe that was it. White bread is cooking now.
