I made a banana cake today. I baked it at 275* for 1-1/4 hours then your supposed to toss it in the freezer for 45 minutes...I didn’t. I’m going to frost it tomorrow. Hubby’s cousin made it the correct way. I want to see if it makes a difference not throwing it in the freezer.I found a new cake recipe I want to try out tomorrow...Coconut! This recipe was from a Food Network magazine and involves cream of coconut (you find it in the drink mixers section).

That’s what I thought. Nothing like heating up your freezer food!Keep us posted on how it turns out DMC! I've never heard of making a cake that way, interesting.
