It looks tasty DMC...what do you think?

It is good. It is a heavy, dense cake but moist. If I served it I’d cut it into 24 pieces. I will send it with my son to work tomorrow. They are my guinea pigs.

One quick question of clarification. It says to feed with one cup of flour and one cup of warm 90° water and repeat daily discarding half of the starter. Do you discard the half of the starter right before you feed it?

Yes! You could use the discard to make crumpets, pancakes or etc.

If your on a septic at home you can feed a cup to the septic every now and then
did offload and stck 2 cords of wood this morning sirloin stew meat out for dinner

DARN...it happened again. We lost our Rhode Island Red today.
We think it was a Coon? Floyd set a trap. We keep them in the coop and the run when we are at the Cottage....today we were
home the Weather was super and Floyd decided to let them Free
run...our Chicken Area is fenced. Animal dug it's way in. We like
to have them enjoy the Yard...But guess we cannot. We have loads
of trees and animals around. Unhappy Aria
