Any Home Bakers Here?

I plan on trying rhubarb turnovers. I was just looking up a few recipes since everyone is talking about it, and the cheesecake sounds interesting too. I’m low on cream cheese for that.
I have a rhubarb strawberry pie recipe somewhere. I have tried straight rhubarb pie, and didn’t care for it. However, my strawberry plants I bought this year were dead upon opening the box. The rhubarb is in the freezer right now.

Rhubarb crisp is delicious too (at least, to me). Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the crisp and that's a terrific dessert.

I suppose the possibilities are endless. I’m glad to have rhubarb despite not being into it. I don’t currently have anyone to share it with, but I’m sure someone will ask eventually. I will harvest it until then, and freeze it or experiment with it. If I find that I don’t use it within a month or so, I will make a jelly out of it. At least then it’s not getting freezer burn.

Never really been a fan of it myself but then only had it when my Ma made pies of it
Rhubarb is not for everyone. We all have our own unique taste buds. Some of us love tomatoes and others hate them but love the finished products such as spaghetti sauce and ketchup.

It seems people find rhubarb a good match with strawberries. Bananas are also often paired with strawberries.
Would banana & rhubarb go together?
I don't know but have heard that apple rhubarb pie is good.
