I didn't have enough heavy cream to make the homemade whipped cream so that came from a can.

DH really liked this one, it wasn't overly sweet and had a nice creamy texture.

Thanks for the recipe, going to try this. It looks great and not too sweet is always a plus.

Yes'm I think it's perfect for summer...anything cold. We get tired of fruit salad, yogurt and fruit, etc and ice cream melts before we get it home!

Hi everyone!

I'm making the souffle today. I didn't have a chance yesterday. Not sure what I'm going to make for dinner tonight, now that I think about it! Better figure that out!

This is off topic, but I finally finished going through a rock I found in my backyard. In total, I found 7 small fish bones, fossilized, two gastropod shells, fossilized, and a bunch of petrified wood!

I'm actually going to a place in Wyoming on the 12th of August. It's basically a fossil Safari.



All these pictures were taken under a magnifier.

Back on the baking subject, I need to figure out what I'm going to make for dinner. Better give it some thought!

I found a recipe on-line for Tater-Tot Sloppy Joe Casserole that I am going to make one of these days. Need to buy some tater-tots first, lol.
