Thanks for the compliments on my souffle! It was actually quite hard to make. It took me three attempts to do it successfully.
If you are going to make more souffles, pickup a souffle pan.
This size would work with your recipe

What size are your little souffle pans? & How long do you cook your mini souffle's?
I have only made one souffle in my life, it was really good, and it is something I would like to do more of. I have some ramekins that would make nice little individual souffles, but not sure how long to cook them. Is there a secret to knowing when a souffle is done?

The little pans look like the big one and make individual servings. They are the same size as the ramekins usually but can take the heat of the oven.

I have made cheese souffles and quite a few chocolate ones
