Sunday morning, I made my grandmas coffee cake recipe w/ blueberries. I made a 8"x8" pan and 6 large muffins out of the recipe. Muffins are wrapped in wax paper and put in a ziplock bag and placed in the freezer for future morning breakfasts.
This morning I had the last piece for breakfast - I cut it into 1 1/2" thick pieces and put it cut side down in a frying pan w/ butter, turning it over when it gets brown. It is so good that way - the filing gets warm and gooey, the the cut face gets kinda carmelized.

I've never thought about putting a bread item like that in a frying pan...sounds tasty!
