Is it a muffin or quick bread recipe?

Make it and see what happens :p
It’s definitely a quick bread. I have considered just making it. Everything gets baked at 350* for 10 or 20 minutes, so I don’t really need the instructions.
 I really have no memory of wanting a new donut or biscuit recipe.

Best way to reheat pizza is in a fry pan also. put a lid on it and it crisps up the crust and melts the cheese perfectly.
the microwave is faster!

But the pizza is not that good re heated that way. I do love my cast iron!

Since I don’t have a donut pan (because I don’t like cake donuts), I am thinking whatever this is will be a fry bread. It’s actually a thing I may have looked up. :gig We should start another thread called, “Guess the recipe!”.

I splashed hot grease on myself, so I had to deal with that before posting pictures. I’m okay. I acted fast enough to get the shirt off of my skin before it got through to burn me. :thumbsup
Okay, this is impossible to flip, so not a good fry bread. I agree this would work great as a cake doughnut, but nothing else. But, I cannot imagine why I would look that up.
I tried spreading it out, but all the baking powder kept it puffy. It’s crumbly like a biscuit, and more so than a cake doughnut. However, that could be from frying it. A cake doughnut would bake slower.

the recipe is different, but it looks a bit like a beignet which is kind of a fried doughnut. There is a version that uses baking powder
