I am making that pepperoni Stromboli in a bit for dinner, but that won't be much work. The dough is ready and the pepperoni sliced. I was thinking of making a spread of finely diced mushrooms, black olives and garlic to spread on the dough so when it's rolled up, that will be on the inside. What do you think? Just pepperoni and mozzarella cheese sounds kind of boring.

I haven't done any baking today but I did make a huge batch of egg salad (does that count as anything?).

Of course it does. Penny that was good to use 1/2 c brown sugar,
and 1 cup peanut butter. Neat. The cookies are all Excellent.

I believe I posted the recipe before. Not sure, though. It's the same recipe I use for corned venison. Give me a second to find out.
