Any Home Bakers Here?

I can't live without one of these Dutch ovens. I didn't go the expensive route either. I got a Lodge brand and it's perfect. I make so many things in it.

I got my enameled cast iron Dutch oven from Walmart, it was less than $45 and worth every cent. I think it's one of the Pioneer Woman items and is red on the outside (love red in the kitchen).

Very true! I don't eat the store bread but hubs takes a sandwich for lunch. He was telling me he is positive a bacon and egg salad on homemade bread would be superior to his recent experience.
I bake three loaves of sandwich bread, slice them and store them in the freezer. We use them during the week for lunches and toast

You all are making me feel bad. Penny with her muffins, IM with her bread tomorrow, you with your muffins.

I have a sweet potato in the oven. That's all, just baking a lonely sweet potato for my dinner. :hit (But I do really like them, so it's not that sad.)

But you have almond joy cookie bars!

Too hot here. Makes my a/c run more than it already does. I haven't been satisfied with freezing and defrosting yet. Working on it, but I have to bake double batches and bought another pan this summer so I can bake this winter to experiment..
