Penny Jo, The secret to these cookies IS THE PEANUTS, and the
extract. With out them no go. They are healthy and great with
a cup of coffee, tea or a glass of cold milk...and easy to make.

Penny Jo, I never taste the extracts. Peanuts are a legume and
all the ingredients are healthy. Not too much sugar, not too much
shortening. I like them....but wish they had more taste. Let me

Sure will if the BF and Son remember to pick them up I ended up staying home they went Sons truck is Ford 150 but has the half cab in back.. means half door .. He wants to drive
