Any Home Bakers Here?

Yeast raised dough can't go overnight in the fridge because it will over proof. Sourdough does not do that though. Use fed starter and try it overnight without baking yeast in it.

Let us know how it works for you.
Will do. I have No Knead Sourdough Bread in the fridge now. Have baked it before (50/50 whole wheat/all purpose white) and it turns out the way sourdough should. Hope the rye does as well.

I have a similar no knead bread in the fridge. I also have a 12 hour starter going for cheese bread.

I will be baking both of them tomorrow

Brother and I are 18 months apart

My middle brother and I are 18 months apart too!

Yeah, wish I had kids around for my baking. DH will like it and maybe share it with friends at Fire Dept or something like that.

My Youngest DD is still in the house but is gluten free now. I have to bake and freeze most of it and eat it over time

Irish twins! I have 2 sisters who are a year apart.

It was quite an experience! They are two years apart.

That's digging in the annals of history!
Two kids with the same Bday, that must have been fun. "Sorry honey, we can't have cake tonight, Mommy is busy having your new sister."
They shared birthday parties until they were 8 and 6 years old. I was very tired after the second party each year!

Planning on making my favorite cake. When ever i take it out of the oven i immediantly want to eat it it smells so good! I also want to finally get bread right
Home baked bread is so good!
