Only have a tiny end of the no knead sourdough loaf left. Tomorrow - Sourdough baguettes! Gotta go now and start the initial prep now that I've fed the starter.
 
That's a great list of abbreviations, tho I've never seen f.g. or spk. in recipes. <Never too old to learn, eh?> One thing that always baffles me is a "pinch." How much is a pinch? Whatever amount is able to fit between two fingers? :)
That’s what I consider a pinch.
 
I made homemade pizza tonight...hamburger bacon and pepperoni. I wonder if my olive oil is going bad? My pizza crust was a little off in taste.
