Any Home Bakers Here?

My bread came out somewhat dense. Any specific things I should be looking to change?
This is the 100% whole wheat bread, right? My Whole Wheat bread is always more dense than white bread, but that said, did it rise till doubled in size after placing in the tins and before baking?

My first pullman has been had so fast make another tomorrow
I made a loaf in my pullman pan yesterday too! I used half whole wheat flour and molasses for the sweetener.

It turned out great!
