4 eggs beat
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup cooled melted butter or 1/2 cup oil
3 teaspoons baking powder
3 oz cream cheese
3 cups AP Flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons extract you like
place on parchment lined cookie sheet....3 loaves
350 degree oven 20-25 minutes golden
cool 5 min slice diagonal a light confection sugar spread while warm

That is 1/2 cup of cooled melted butter. You can use veggie oil if you
prefer. Aria
