Don't you hate it when your bike breaks down?
The tube popped, slipped out, and wrapped around the axle. A tough fix.
Hope you can get it fixed up and back in action soon!

That's the class I took. I still refer back to it regularly.@BReeder! or anyone else that likes to mix dough one day and bake later, this is a good book for that:

All of his recipes are made like that and he explains why, along with a lot of other information about bread baking and a big assortment of recipes. This book was really helpful to me when I first started baking bread.

I took it through Craftsy who is now owned by someone else. We had regular assignments and he judged our bread. I was out there a few weeks ago looking for something and asked a question and he still answers. It's been years since I took that course. Do a google search on Artisan Bread Making Reinhart and it will come up. You get a bunch of recipes and instructions for the course material and then videos of him teaching the class. Then there's a student chat box where students and he answers questions. I think I paid like $30 for the class. You got to take one of Reinhart's classes Bob? That would be so cool!
Ron, Do you think I could try this in a Sassafras Baker? AriaI added the recipe to the clay baker bread post
Oh no! I hope you were close to home when the tire poppedView attachment 2092662

Yes! It will work in any clay baker that is not too small. I plan on trying it in my bakerRon, Do you think I could try this in a Sassafras Baker? Aria
Bread baking gets better with practice!Have been practicing my yeast bread making since the quarantine. Coming along, but needs to be more consistent. I think the kneading is the issue maybe the humidity.
