That was easier than I thought, but it turns out I need a new tube either way.
Yep, I doubt the original rip by the stem would be repairable even if the tube had stayed in the tire. I always carried a spare tube and "tire irons" for "just in case".
 
Have been practicing my yeast bread making since the quarantine. Coming along, but needs to be more consistent. I think the kneading is the issue maybe the humidity.

A dough that's dry can limit yeast activity as well as the formation of gluten strands. Under kneading will prevent gluten strands from properly forming and over kneading will begin to break down those strands. Both can lead to a flatter, denser loaf.

Yes I'm aware. I was curious why the person was thinking that's the issue. Perhaps we can help :)
