Any Home Bakers Here?

The people at King Arthur have a lot of patience!! I just read a report/email exchange from CNN. The CNN guy asked over and over about wheat supply. KAF just kept repeating, “we have no shortage of wheat. There’s enough wheat. We have wheat.”
But why is the wheat gone?
 
Will do. So far this has been the best recipe for home ground sandwich bread, but I'm working to improve it a little at a time.
You can adjust the amount vital gluten from that amount.

It will at a lot of protein to the bread too
 
There was NOT too much help suggestions for name of
my Sourdough Starter.
Mine has no name. Don't name things if you are going to eat them ;)

I hope that doesn’t happen. My meat supply is getting low.
Just picked up 15 pounds of ground beef from our Farmer's Market friend. Market is not open yet, I go to his farm and buy in bulk. Gotta call the other FM friend who has meat cuts. Got 10 packages at their farm in Dec. Hopefully they have some left or have processed more animals prepping for the opening of the market in a few weeks.

You don't need anything for an MRE. They are portable, no one else will smell them cooking for hours, and they provide a balanced meal. Depends on the situation

The VT National Guard was distributing MREs around the state last week. I understand the lines were pretty long :(

But why is the wheat gone?
Hoarders? Way more people home have taken up baking?

And chickens!
I don't read much about chickens on this thread.
