Any Home Bakers Here?

Penny Jo, Thanks. Now I feel much better. I can still get Unbleached
All Purpose. You are a gem. Aria
You might have to use a bit more flour than the recipe calls for when subbing AP flour for bread flour but normally it is a 1:1 substitution.

The bread may not rise quite as much and there may be some texture differences but it will be Good bread!

I am NOT a happy baker........NO BREAD FLOUR around our area. Checked with Amazon ....No. Will be forced to make Bread with All
Purpose. THIS I HAVE NEVER DONE. Aria
I only use unbleached all purpose or a combination of unbleached all purpose and wheat flour to make bread. It comes out excellent for me.

Thanks for the AP info. I am still on a SEARCH. Just got my Sourdough
Starter...real strong and mastered the Sourdough Bread Baking...NOW
the AP Flour....???? I have not given up yet...one of my friends just gave me another store to try ...a Health Store...never thought about that. Aria

I was going to post the same thing to Penny's comment about being forced to use unbleached. I see NO reason to bleach the flour.

Tonight I made the KA Basic Sourdough loaf again. Kinda forgot to put it in when the oven got to temp so it rose a bit more than planned but it looks OK. I substituted 1/2 of the AP with wheat. We'll see how it tastes in the morning.

Just made some cute Mother’s Day cupcakes for my Mother-In-Law. She loves sunflowers so I kind of ran with a Pinterest idea I saw years ago but did things slightly different. They’re not the prettiest but they taste good! I knew it’d take awhile so I just used store bought box mix/frosting/cookies but nonetheless it tastes fine! Here are some photos of the first ones made:
