Do you get them from Nutsonline.com? That is where we get the stuff for DD1's GF cooking. Amazing company, order before 3 PM and it shows up the next day.

I haven't. We have to get items from places with separate facilities for their GF lines as well the facility having to be DF and tree nut free too. I tend to stay with trusted brands I've researched.
If there weren't other allergy concerns it would really open up brands and places were I could source our flours and foods from. I'll look into Nuts and see who their suppliers are.

Oddly enough, when all this started I lived near Amish and Mennonite country and many of them have gluten issues so I started off ordering what I needed (each item in the mix individually) in bulk through their stores, then after opening my booth at the Farmer's Market I could get things independently and wholesale from where they got it from because of my connections. This was before easy mixes were made for general consumption but
nowadays it's just cheaper and easier to buy the mixes retail because I'm not meeting minimum ordering requirements anymore.

Mostly I order specific brands but I find them on Amazon, Sam's Club, and Walmart online. Vitacost is also a good source when things are on sale and like Nuts 1 - 2 day free shipping and locally Aldis carries a few GF/DF items we can use.

Thank Ron....and as always....you were right on about the All Purpose
Flour baking. I did add more flour...and the rolls look Fine. Aria
AP flour also has differences between brands too.

It is good that you got the rolls to work

Do you know about Bread Flour on nutsonline? Thanks Aria

I have purchased popcorn from nutsonline. It was very good popcorn!

One thing we used to get were pipitas with a chili lime seasoning...those little things were addictive. I don't know if I want to even check on those again, they were seriously tempting.

The Medjool dates were the best dates I've ever had, I'm thinking of getting more. And oh, maybe a couple of other things. Just because
