Another fossil cake

I woke up this morning with a headache...weather systems moving through...and decided to cheat and tossed my fall back on bread mix into the bread machine. I'm going on incubator lockdown tomorrow and I've got chicks due in the mail so I knew I would not have time to make a nice bread later this week.
Headache is gone and the sloppy drippy sticky peanut butter and jelly slab sandwich I had for dinner was perfect.
Just a PB&J for dinner....such a treat. Nothing else needed.

(yes, I made my child something healthier than that for dinner)

Aria do you have egg rounds you could do square if you do it on bread .. We have a really cool griddle it is the 5th burner on our stove .. We do have a grate for it but love the cast iron griddle

Kiddo gets PB&J often for lunches and loves them. I try to make sure dinners contain something that resembles a vegetable.
For me, PB&J on fresh bread is a wonderful treat!

Grocery shopping for practicing purposes...
10 kg whole grain flour
500g instant yeast
1kg oatflour
500g oatflakes
1kg almondpast
500g patisserie cream

English Muffins...just me likes them ...so I do not make English Muffins often. Aria
